Fahmeeda, HR Associate at Askan Technologies, welcomed the students warmly and set the tone for the day. The students, dressed smartly in formal attire, were guided through Askan’s culture, vision, and work environment. They got a firsthand glimpse into how different teams collaborate, the variety of roles in an IT company, and the workflow behind delivering real-world projects.

Siva Priyan, Software Developer , shared in detail how projects are planned, executed, and delivered in real-world scenarios. He also clarified various doubts raised by the students, providing hands-on examples and explaining workflows, tools, and collaboration strategies.
The sessions were lively, with students asking questions, sharing ideas, and engaging in meaningful discussions. The emphasis was on building not just technical knowledge but also professional confidence.
