    Igniting Minds: APCE Students Explore Innovation at Askan Technologies

    On 16th September 2025, Askan Technologies had the pleasure of welcoming 55 enthusiastic third-year Computer Science Engineering students from Adhiparasakthi College of Engineering, the students arrived eager to explore how the IT world operates beyond their classrooms. staff

    The students were guided by their faculty members:

    • Mr. G. Jayachandran, Associate Professor

    • Mr. S. Narayanan, Assistant Professor

    • Ms. M. Shobana, Assistant Professor

    Their guidance and support made the visit more purposeful and engaging for the students.

    The day began with a cheerful welcome by Ms. Fahmeeda, HR Associate at Askan Technologies, who introduced the students to the company’s culture, work environment, and collaborative approach to technology. Her introduction offered insights into how Askan blends creativity, teamwork, and innovation to deliver impactful IT solutions.

    Exploring the World of Technology

    Following the introduction, Mr. Shivapriyan, Software Developer, took the students through an engaging session highlighting Askan’s key focus areas — Artificial Intelligence, E-Commerce, Project workflow.

    He shared how these technologies shape digital transformation and showcased how classroom learning evolves into real-world projects. His talk helped students understand how concepts they study—like coding, algorithms, and databases—translate into industry-level applications.

    Learning Beyond the Classroom

    Continuing the day’s learning, Ms. Fahmeeda conducted a session on Career Guidance and Recruitment Processes, emphasizing resume building, interview readiness, communication, and adaptability.

    She also discussed internship and live project opportunities at Askan, motivating students to apply their academic learning in real-world contexts and build professional confidence early in their careers.

    Conversations That Inspired

    The Q&A session saw active participation from students eager to learn about the evolving tech landscape. They asked thoughtful questions, sparking lively discussions with Askan’s mentors and HR team.

    Faculty members appreciated the initiative, acknowledging the importance of such collaborations in bridging academic knowledge with practical exposure.

    The visit concluded with smiling faces and renewed enthusiasm among students who left with a deeper understanding of how the IT industry functions.
