Learning Beyond Limits: Auxilium College Students at Askan Technologies

On 11th September 2025, Askan Technologies had the privilege of hosting 47 enthusiastic students from III - year Bachelor of Computer application from Auxilium College, Vellore. The students were accompanied by their faculty members, who guided them through the visit. We extend our heartfelt appreciation to the faculty members, Ms. Sivaranjini N and Ms. Kokila A, for their guidance and support, and to the enthusiastic students who brought fresh energy to our workplace.

The group was warmly welcomed by Ms. Fahmeeda, HR, who also introduced the students to the culture and values of Askan Technologies. As part of the welcome, students were given a tour and a brief overview of how the company operates, its collaborative work environment, and its commitment to innovation and client success.

Learning Experience

The Industrial Visit gave students a clear picture of how academic learning connects with industry practices. They explored recruitment essentials—resume building, interviews, and soft skills—while also gaining career guidance on long-term growth. Insights into diverse IT roles, from developers to project managers, broadened their perspective on career options. Exposure to emerging technologies like AI, eCommerce, SaaS, and DevOps highlighted real-world applications shaping businesses today. The session also introduced internship opportunities at Askan Technologies, encouraging students to apply classroom knowledge to live projects. Overall, the experience provided clarity, direction, and inspiration for their future careers.

Interactive Sessions

The was visit truly an engaging one, the program included interactive segments that encouraged active participation. Students had the opportunity to ask thoughtful questions, share their aspirations, and discuss their career goals with mentors and HR professionals.  Simplified demonstrations and real-world examples helped students visualize how IT projects are executed, making the experience more relatable and impactful. These interactions created a vibrant learning environment where curiosity and enthusiasm led to meaningful knowledge-sharing.
