They learned about Askan’s wide range of projects, its client-focused approach, and the organization’s dedication to innovation and quality.
Ms. Fahmeeda also elaborated on the company’s core values—integrity, teamwork, and a continuous pursuit of knowledge—which form the backbone of its work culture. Students gained a glimpse into how various departments such as Web Development, Digital Marketing, HR, and Design collaborate efficiently to deliver cutting-edge solutions to clients.
Knowledge Sharing Sessions

The highlight of the day was the series of knowledge-sharing sessions, designed to bridge the gap between classroom learning and real-world application.
The first session introduced students to the structure of an IT organization, familiarizing them with different roles and responsibilities that contribute to a company’s success—from developers and testers to designers and project managers. This helped students visualize the ecosystem in which technology professionals collaborate to build impactful digital solutions.
The next session focused on Career Guidance and Recruitment Readiness, where the HR team explained the recruitment process followed in IT companies. Students were guided on how to approach job opportunities strategically—understanding job descriptions, preparing for technical and HR rounds, and maintaining professionalism during interviews.
This was followed by an engaging segment on Resume Building and Professional Branding. The discussion emphasized the importance of crafting a resume that reflects one’s skills and achievements effectively. Students were advised on the dos and don’ts of resume writing, interview etiquette, and how to present themselves confidently before recruiters.
Internship and Project Opportunities
The session further explored the importance of internships and projects in a student’s learning journey. The HR team from Askan Technologies explained how internships help bridge the academic-industry divide by providing practical exposure to real-time challenges.
Students were briefed about the various internship programs offered by Askan, covering domains such as Web Development, UI/UX Design, Digital Marketing, AIML and Software Testing. The organization emphasized that these programs are designed not only to enhance technical skills but also to improve teamwork, time management, and problem-solving abilities.
Student Interactions and Engagement

The visit was marked by enthusiastic participation from the students. They interacted with the speakers, asking thought-provoking questions about emerging technologies, industry trends, and career pathways.
One of the most engaging activities of the day was a self-introduction round, where students were invited to introduce themselves as if they were in a recruitment interview. This exercise helped them understand how first impressions matter and how clarity, confidence, and communication play a key role during job interviews.
The Askan team provided constructive feedback, encouraging the students to refine their speaking and presentation skills. This segment turned out to be both fun and insightful, giving students a hands-on feel of corporate expectations.
The visit concluded with a heartfelt closing session where the Askan Technologies team expressed their appreciation for the students’ curiosity and active participation.
The faculty members from LICET also conveyed their gratitude to Askan Technologies for organizing such an informative and engaging program. They highlighted how the visit had given their students a practical understanding of how industries operate, motivating them to align their academic pursuits with professional goals. The session ended with a group photo capturing smiles, enthusiasm, and a shared sense of achievement—symbolizing a day filled with learning, inspiration, and the spirit of innovation.
