On August 14th 2025, a group of 79 students from Aalim Muhammed Salegh College of Engineering, Chennai visited our organization as part of their academic industrial visit program for the academic year 2025–2026 (Odd Semester). The students were from the Department of Computer Science and Business Systems, B.Tech (CS&BS), Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning, and Cyber Security.

Aalim Muhammed Salegh College of Engineering (AMSCE), Chennai, affiliated with Anna University, is known for its strong academic standards and industry-focused learning. First Impressions: A Glimpse into the Corporate World

The visit began with a guided tour of the office premises. The students observed various departments and work areas, which provided them with exposure to how professional environments function and how different teams collaborate to achieve business objectives. This gave the students a practical understanding of workplace culture and operational structures beyond their classroom learning.
Guiding the Future: HR’s Career Insights

Following the tour, an interactive session was conducted by Ms. Meenakshi Devi, Head of Human Resources. The session focused on career readiness and the qualities expected by recruiters when selecting fresh graduates.

The session was highly interactive, with many students asking relevant questions.

Mr. Zafar Riza A asked, “Is the company a B2B or B2C organization?”
Ms. Meenakshi Devi explained that the company operates in both B2B and B2C models, providing services and solutions based on client requirements.

Ms. Salma asked, “What is your marketing strategy?”
In response, it was explained that the company’s approach focuses on understanding customer needs, building trust through direct engagement, and avoiding repetitive or unnecessary follow-ups.
Several other students also posed questions related to industry expectations, career opportunities, and recruitment processes. All queries were addressed with clear and practical insights.
Reflections of the Day: Students Share Their Thoughts
At the conclusion of the program, the students shared their feedback. Many students mentioned that they were very satisfied with the visit and found it highly beneficial. They expressed that the experience enhanced their understanding of industry practices, recruitment expectations, and career development opportunities.
A significant outcome of the session was the keen interest shown by students toward internships. Many expressed their excitement about joining the company’s internship programs, particularly for the opportunity to work on live projects in real-time environments. Students felt that such opportunities would help them strengthen their technical knowledge, improve teamwork and problem-solving abilities, and prepare them for the demands of the IT sector.
The interaction also highlighted the importance of internships as a bridge between academic learning and industry application. By engaging directly with professionals, students understood how classroom theories are implemented in real-world scenarios, and this inspired them to actively seek such practical learning experiences.
As a gesture of encouragement, miniature house gifts sponsored by Ulamart were presented to students who asked noteworthy questions during the session. This added a memorable element to the event.
Building Bridges: Academia Meets Industry
The industrial visit provided the students with valuable exposure to professional practices and recruitment insights. The combination of the office tour, interactive discussions, and practical advice created a meaningful learning experience.
