    About The Role:

    We are looking for a skilled and motivated MERN Stack Developer to join our development team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building, maintaining, and enhancing scalable web applications using the MERN stack. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a passion for developing efficient and user-friendly digital solutions.

    Job Description:

    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to clearly explain technical concepts to non-technical clients.

    • Ability to integrate AI APIs into applications and effectively use AI coding assistants.

    • Comfortable participating in client calls, gathering requirements, and providing professional status updates.

    • Proficient in managing complex frontend state using Redux Toolkit or Context API.

    • Strong understanding of Git version control workflows, including pull requests, branching, and merging.

    • Ability to convert Figma designs into responsive, pixel-perfect React code using Tailwind CSS or Material UI.

    • Strong logical and problem-solving skills to independently debug complex issues.

    • Willingness to learn and adapt to new libraries or tools based on project requirements.
