    Role Overview:

    We are hiring for the role of Software Support to assist customers and internal teams with technical support, issue resolution, and smooth day-to-day software operations. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, basic technical knowledge, and the ability to troubleshoot software-related issues efficiently.

    Responsibilities:

    • Provide technical and functional support to customers via call, email, or chat
    • Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve software-related issues
    • Assist users with software onboarding and usage guidance
    • Maintain issue tracking and follow-up until resolution
    • Document support cases, FAQs, and common solutions
    • Monitor system performance and report recurring issues
    • Ensure timely response and customer satisfaction during support interactions
