Some days at the office are just different. The usual rhythm of keyboards and quiet concentration gets replaced by something new. Friday, August 22, 2025, was one of those days. The air itself felt charged with potential as we had the genuine pleasure of welcoming 116 students from the AI & Data Science department of Prathyusha Engineering College into our space. It wasn't just a tour; it felt like a glimpse into the future, both for them and for us.
Guiding this bright and curious cohort were their dedicated Assistant Professors, Ms. D. Banu Priya, Mr. C. Vimal Raj, Ms. P. Sivaganga, and Mr. B.B Sendhil Kumar. Their passion for their students' education was evident, and they were instrumental in making the day a resounding success.
A Reputation for Excellence
We’ve had our eye on Prathyusha Engineering College for a while now. They have a well-earned reputation for not just teaching technology, but for fostering a deep-seated sense of curiosity and practical problem-solving in their students. Their AI & Data Science department, in particular, consistently produces graduates who are not only technically proficient but also ready to contribute meaningfully from day one. Seeing this group of students, with their insightful questions and keen observations, was a living testament to the college's commitment to excellence.
When a Textbook Page Comes to Life

The day began with a walk through our office. For many students, this was their first time inside the engine room of a tech company. You could see them absorbing everything: the collaborative pods, the project timelines sketched on glass walls, and the focused intensity of our developers.
We took them past a design team engaged in a lively debate over a user interface, their passion for making technology intuitive and beautiful on full display. They saw the controlled chaos of a brainstorming session, where ideas, big and small, were being captured on a flurry of sticky notes. They saw a backend engineer, headphones on, in that deep state of flow that is so crucial to solving complex architectural puzzles. These weren't just job roles; they were people, fully engaged in the creative and intellectual process of building something new. This wasn't a corporate office; it was a physical manifestation of their coursework, and you could see that realization dawning on their faces.
The Real Talk: No Scripts, Just Straight Answers
After the tour, we all gathered for what we hoped would be the most valuable part of the day: a candid Q&A session with our Head of Human Resource, Ms. Meenakshi. The transition from the academic world to a professional career can often feel like a giant leap into the unknown. The goal here was to build a bridge.
Ms. Meenakshi started by sharing for company growth journey, breaking the ice and creating a comfortable atmosphere. She encouraged the students to ask anything, and slowly, the initial shyness melted away. The questions were thoughtful and direct. What makes a resume stand out? How do you handle an interview question you don't know the answer to?
The advice was practical and human. "Your LinkedIn profile shouldn't be a dusty, digital version of your resume," Ms. Meenakshi explained. "It should be a living portfolio of your curiosity, the articles you read, the projects you're proud of, the skills you're excited to learn." She continued by emphasizing another key point: "We talk about communication as a soft skill, but it’s the operating system for great teamwork. A brilliant idea is useless if you can't share it effectively with the person sitting next to you."
The Big Question: "So, What Do You Actually Do?"
As the session progressed, one of the students, Joshwa Easu, voiced the question that was clearly on everyone’s mind: “What kind of AI projects are you really working on?”
The room went quiet. This was the moment everything connected.
Ms. Meenakshi smiled. Without going into technical jargon, she said: “We work on AI projects that focus on solving real problems, making systems smarter, and creating better experiences for people. It’s not just about writing code. It’s about building technology that truly helps.”
Her answer reflected the philosophy behind the work: practical, human-centric and impactful.
A Two-Way Street of Inspiration
As the day came to a close, the atmosphere was electric. The students weren't just observing anymore; they were engaging, asking follow-up questions, and connecting with our team members. They left with, we hope, a clear roadmap connecting their academic efforts to a future full of exciting possibilities.
But the inspiration was truly a two-way street. For our team, hosting these students was a powerful reminder of our own 'why.' Their sharp questions and boundless enthusiasm recharged our own creative batteries and reaffirmed our commitment to mentoring the next generation.
A heartfelt thank you to the management, faculty, and especially the 116 incredible students of Prathyusha Engineering College for spending the day with us. You are not just the future of technology; you are its vibrant, brilliant present. We can't wait to see what you build.
